How do I get started with GoGoJobs?
Create a GoGoJobs account and sign in to search jobs, save openings, build your profile or upload a resume, and submit applications online.
What sign-in methods are available?
You can sign in with an email verification code, your password, or a Google account.
Does GoGoJobs have an app?
GoGoJobs supports PWA, which means you can use it on mobile browsers and add it to your home screen for easier job search, profile management, and online applications.
Do I need to upload a resume or create a profile before applying?
Not necessarily, but we recommend uploading a resume or creating a profile first. More complete information helps improve your job search efficiency and recommendation accuracy.
Can I use GoGoJobs without work experience?
Yes. You can start by filling in your education, skills, certificates, portfolio, or other relevant experience to explore suitable roles.
Can I save jobs?
Yes, but you need to log in or register a GoGoJobs account before you can save jobs.
How are recommended jobs generated?
Recommended jobs are adjusted based on your resume, profile, job preferences, and relevant activity on the platform. The more complete your information is, the more relevant the recommendations usually become.
Do I need to fill in every field when applying?
Required fields must be completed, while some fields may be optional. More complete information usually helps employers understand your background better.
Can I apply to the same job more than once?
Registered members who have already applied to the same job need to wait until the cooldown period ends before submitting again. Guest applicants cannot re-apply to the same job.
Can I track my application progress after applying?
This feature is coming soon. In the future, you will be able to view your application progress and status updates on the platform.
What information can employers see?
Employers usually see the information you submit with your application, such as your profile details, resume, cover letter, and answers to employer questions.
Can I edit my profile and resume?
Yes. You can update your profile information and adjust your resume-related details at any time to keep them current.
Can I delete an uploaded resume?
This feature is not available at the moment.
Can I hide certain companies?
Yes, but this feature is only available to signed-in members.
Will my personal information be made public?
Your personal information is only used within the platform service scope and shared with relevant employers based on your settings and applications. It will not be disclosed publicly without your consent.
What should I do if I find suspicious or inaccurate job information?
You can use the report function on the platform to report a job or company, and we will review and handle it.
Why didn’t I receive a verification code or notification?
Please check your spam folder first and confirm that your email address is correct. If you still do not receive it, try sending it again or contact support.
How can I identify suspicious or fraudulent job postings?
Be cautious if a job posting promises unusually high pay, asks for upfront payment, requests sensitive personal information, contains vague details, or asks you to continue through unofficial channels. GoGoJobs will not contact job seekers through unknown off-platform channels to request payment, sensitive information, or process job applications. If you suspect a job or company may be problematic, you can use the platform’s report function and we will review it further.
